Request an Event

Request to host an event at your church by filling out an event request form.


Event request forms can only be accessed through a link shared by the church.


Provide important details about your event to your church administrators, including:

  • The event’s name.

  • Date and time you’ll need the space (make sure to account for set up and teardown time). If this will be a recurring event, make sure to note additional dates in the description.

  • Event description that includes other important details.


You won't be able to edit your request once submitted. If you need to make any changes, reply to your confirmation email to contact the event's administrators.


After filling out an event request form, keep an eye on your email! Church administrators will reach out if they have any questions, and you’ll be emailed when they approve or reject your request.


Select Submit another event request to submit a separate request with the same form.

If you open the link to an event request form and it's not accepting submissions, that means an administrator has closed it. Contact your church to find out how they'd like you to proceed.
