Request to host an event at your church by filling out an event request form.
Caution
Event request forms can only be accessed through a link your church shares. If the link was published on Church Center, you must log in before submitting a request.
Provide important details about your event to your church administrators, including:

The event’s name.

Date and time you’ll need the space (make sure to account for set up and teardown time). If this will be a recurring event, make sure to note additional dates in the description.

Event description that includes other important details.
Caution
You won't be able to edit your request once it is submitted. If you need to make any changes, reply to your confirmation email to contact the event's administrators.
After filling out an event request form, watch your email! Church administrators will reach out if they have any questions, and you’ll be emailed when they approve or reject your request.
Tip
Select Submit another event request to submit a separate request using the same form.
If you open the link to an event request form and it's not accepting submissions, an administrator has closed it. Contact your church to find out how they'd like you to proceed.
