On your group's page, you can access events, the member list, and any resources posted for that group. If enabled, you can also access messaging.

Check out this clip from Planning Center University.

You can mark messages as read or unread and mute or unmute messages on the Messages tab.

You can view upcoming events, including their date, time, and location, on the Events tab. Add these to your calendar by tapping the calendar icon.

You can see other members' contact information on the Members tab if they've made it visible. You can also choose what information you want to make visible.

Share Your Information

You can manage the information you share with other group members.

By default, your name will be shared with other group members. You can not hide your name if messaging is enabled for your group.

Group leaders can see all your contact information, regardless of your shared information settings.

On your group's page, go to the Members tab and select Edit visible info under your name.

Select Save to apply changes.

Respond to RSVPs

You can be alerted about events through emails or notifications. Select the link from the email or notification to go to the event page, where you can RSVP.

If you're not logged in, your RSVP will be recorded, but you will need to log in to make any changes.

To change your response, go to the event page from your email or your group's Events tab.

Share Your Group

If your group is open to the public, you can share it with others!

On your browser, select Shareable Code at the bottom of your group's page to view and download the QR code for the page. People can scan the QR code to be brought straight to the group page without typing it.
