Text2Give is only available in the United States.
If enabled for your church, you can quickly donate using Text2Give by texting any amount to 84321.
Tip
If your church does not have Text2Give enabled, you can still give online on Church Center!
After sending an initial text, you'll receive a message with a setup link. Tap this link to head to Church Center on your mobile browser, where you will connect with your church, select a payment method, and complete your first donation.
Important
Donors can only have Text2Give enabled with one organization at a time. If you have given via Text2Give to another church that has used Giving in the past, you must disconnect from that other organization by texting STOP before you can set up Text2Give with your church.
After completing the setup process, text an amount to 84321 any time you'd like to donate via Text2Give.
By default, Text2Give donations will go to your church's default fund. Designate your donation to a specific fund by adding the fund name after the donation amount. (For example: "$5 building")
Donors can also split donations between funds in a single text by listing the amounts and fund names. (For example: "$5 missions $6 building")
You can manage your Text2Give payment method or disable Text2Give from your donor profile on Church Center on a web browser.
From your profile, select the My Giving tab, followed by Text2Give.

Select a saved payment method from the dropdown, or add a new one by selecting Manage payment methods.
Important
If you update your payment method on the Payment Methods tab, this change will not reflect on your Text2Give payment method. The Text2Give payment method needs to be assigned after it is added.

Disable Text2Give for your profile. If disabled, you will not be able to donate via text until you have text START or a donation amount to 84321 once more.
Use the following keywords to help you refund a donation, correct a mistake, or disable/enable Text2Give:
REFUND: If you donated using a card, reply with this keyword within two hours of donating to initiate an automatic refund. This is a refund, so this donation will be refunded on your donor profile.
MISTAKE: If you donated using ACH, you can reply with this keyword within two hours of donating to cancel your donation. There will be no record of a canceled donation on your donor profile.
STOP/START: The STOP reply immediately disables Text2Give. The START reply will lift any carrier blocks and allow you to use Text2Give in the future.
Warning
The STOP reply immediately disconnects the sender's phone number from Text2Give, and the sender will no longer receive texts until the START reply is sent.
